Application:
Phoenixweld HW751A is aluminate-basic type multi-purpose flux.The weldingflux has excellent welding performance, easy slag removal and good weld bead appearance and it is insensitive to rust and oxide scale. It can be used for single pass or multi-pass welding, especially for thick plate multi-pass welding. It can be used to weld various structural steel and weathering steel with different alloy wires. It is widely used in pipelines, heavy industry, pressure vessels, bridges, ships, etc.

Notes：
1.Re-dry the flux at 300-350℃ for 60 minutes before welding.
2.Remove rust, water scale, primer and other contaminants on the base metal before welding to obtain excellent weld deposit.
3.Add new flux regularly before using the recycled flux to prevent defective weld bead.
