Description:
HJ330 is a fused type fluxe with low medium manganese, high silicate and low fluorine element. It is brown glassy particals with a partical size of 8-40 mesh. It is suitable for use with both AC & DC. When applying D.C. filler wire will be connected to electrode positive (EP). Fluxes have good welding property, easy slag removal and good bead shape.
Applicaiton:
With welding wire SU26、SU34, SU44 and etc, it would be used for welding of carbon steel and low alloyed steel (16Mn, 15MnTi, 15MnV) . It can be used for welding of boiler, pressure vessels, and etc.
