Application:
Phoenixweld HW751T welding flux is not sensitive to rust, scale, primer and dirt on the surface of the base metal. It is suitable for the situation when the base metal is not strictly cleaned before welding. It has excellent porosity resistance and good moisture resistance. The slag solidification is fast. There is no slag drip phenomenon during circumferential seam welding with small diameter. It is especially suitable for circumferential seam welding. It has good welding performance, soft arc, easy slag removal and good weld bead. The number of welding layers is limited and the maximum welding layer is three. It is used for welding regular pressure vessels, structural steels, pipeline steels and gas cylinders. It is especially suitable for the welding of pressure vessels such as LPG tanks and gas cylinders.

Notes:
1.Re-dry the flux at 300-350℃ for 60 minutes before welding.
2.Remove rust, water scale, primer and other contaminants on the base metal before welding to obtain excellent weld deposit.
3.Add new flux regularly before using the recycled flux to prevent defective weld bead.
