Application:
Phoenixweld HW812G is suitable for double wire and three wire welding and it has excellent slag removal. It can be used for thick-plate narrow-gap welding. With SU1M3TiB, it is suitable for X80 pipeline welding. Its content of diffused hydrogen (3.5ml/100g) is relatively low. With SU34, it is suitable for wind tower welding. Its weld bead has excellent low temperature toughness.

Notes:
1.Re-dry the flux at 300-350℃ for 60 minutes before welding.
2.Remove rust, water scale, primer and other contaminants on the base metal before welding to obtain excellent weld deposit.
3.Add new flux regularly before using the recycled flux to prevent defective weld bead.
