Application:

When used for narrow gap welding, JF-B has excellent slag detachability and excellent mechanical properties with multiple passes and wires welding.

JF-B can be used for welding of important structural steel, pressure vessel, offshore platforms, hull structure steel and wind towers that require high resistance of low temperature impact.

This flux is specialized for marine engineering and it is suitable for the application of offshore platforms and ships.

Notes：
1.Re-dry the flux at 300-350℃ for 60 minutes before welding.
2.Remove rust, water scale, primer and other contaminants on the base metal before welding to obtain excellent weld deposit.
3.Add new flux regularly before using the recycled flux to prevent defective weld bead.
