Application:

Attention:

Flux must be re-dried at 300-350℃ for 60 min beforewelding.Remove impurities such as rust, scale and primer on thesurface of the base metal and welding wire to obtainexcellent welding deposited metal.When recycling fluxes, add new flux to prevent weldingdefects.

Before welding, the base material should be preheated to150℃,and the inter-layer temperature should bestabilized at below 150℃.

In order to ensure the quality of surfacing welding, set asuitable welding parameter to maintain the thickness of theexcessive layerat 3.0-3.5mm.
