Application:
Phoenixweld HW816H is a highly basic flux,which belongs to the metallurgy neutral.
It is a multi-purpose flux, suitable for low-alloy and high-strength steel welding with 2 to 6 wires .
With low temperature steel wire, it has good low temperature impact toughness at -60 degrees.
It has stable arc, excellent surface forming and slag removal under large current.

Notes：
1.Re-dry the flux at 300-350℃ for 60 minutes before welding.
2.Remove rust, water scale, primer and other contaminants on the base metal before welding to obtain excellent weld deposit.
3.Add new flux regularly before using the recycled flux to prevent defective weld bead.
